    Stephanie spent much of her career consulting with Fortune 500 companies and developing a deep knowledge of operations and finance. Through her own personal journey finding freedom from addiction, Stephanie has a passion for helping those who still suffer.

    Stefani graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Finance. Her business career took her into the telecommunications industry and subsequently into real estate. Her vast background in finance and contract management has laid a solid foundation for her leadership at Phoenix. With a huge passion for helping others, Phoenix was a natural fit.

    Kimberli has extensive experience working with the adult offender population. Her own personal recovery from addiction affords her a personal perspective when working with her clients.  She goes above and beyond with her clients in need by connecting them to community resources so they can rebuild their lives. 

  • Amber Brown, Administrative Asssistant

    Amber is a dedicated administrative assistant with 4 years of personal recovery herself. Her journey through recovery has given her empathy and insight on the challenges clients face on their path to sobriety. Her goal is to inspire others and give them hope that recovery is real, and sobriety is possible. She is living proof that addiction does not define you, as long as you work the program and fight for the life you want.

    Lillian L. Collins Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor since 2003. I have worked in the field since 1990. My passion and purpose are to assist others in any way possible. My hope is that I can make a difference in as many lives as possible.

    As a person in long-term recovery, I am a firm believer that people need people, not substances. Recovery is internal, learning how to love self. People can grow past their past hurt, shame, or guilt.

  • Ben Gerson, Specimen Collector

    Ben finds joy in various forms of artistic expression. With drawing, painting, and working on a graphic novel. Additionally, Ben is an accomplished bass guitarist, crafting original pieces of music. Over the past two decades, he has dedicated his career to building startup companies, specializing in inventory operations and procedural management. Outside of work, Ben cherishes the time he spends with his loved ones, prioritizing his family and friends.

    Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed LCDC Counselor with a combined 8 years of experience. Sandra has worked with diverse populations and has experience in multiple counseling modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and dual diagnosis over the span of her mental health career. Sandra is a passionate and skilled mental health professional who brings an empathetic and knowledgeable approach to all clients needs.

  • Andrea Howard, LPC-A, LCDC

    Andrea is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor at our new Fort Worth location! She graduated from Angelo State University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. Andrea has spent the last 3 years working with offenders utilizing multiple treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and person centered therapies. Andrea strives to help people find the change they have been looking for and meeting everyone with an empathetic approach.

    Seasoned Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern and Qualified Mental Health Professional offering 5 years of related experience. Dante has spearheaded successful therapeutic initiatives, prevention strategies and educational approaches to mitigate effects of mental health and substance abuse problems and diagnoses in vulnerable populations. He practices CBT Based Person Centered Therapy to assist individuals in taking control of their lives, thoughts, and addictions!

    Shanna Pope is the Administrative Assistant at our Dallas location supporting TDCJ. With 17 years of admin experience serving in mental health and medical clinics, she uses her passion for helping people to coordinate scheduling, educate clients, and support our professional staff within the Criminal Justice Programs. In her personal life, she loves spending time with her family and her dog. She enjoys creating art through textiles, crochet, sculpting, and painting.

    Edgar is originally from Colombia and pursued his passion for psychology by earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in his home country. Building on this foundation, he furthered his education at Dallas Baptist University, where he completed a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. M Edgar’s professional journey has focused on supporting individuals with dual diagnoses and families, emphasizing a holistic approach to mental health care. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows him to effectively connect with and serve people from diverse backgrounds. He is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those he works with, fostering growth and well-being through empathetic and culturally sensitive counseling.
